We just booked our Borneo trip with Amazing Borneo Tours and their agent, Anthony. We’ll be going in June, and I’ll share another review then. Anthony has been responding super fast via WhatsApp and Email; he tailor-made our 12-day itinerary for us, gave advice on accommodation and activities and has been such a great help in setting up this trip. If you are looking for an individualized Borneo itinerary based on your interests and preferences, this company is your way to go.

EDIT: We just returned from our trip. Everything went super smooth. Even when our domestic flight had a 2-hour delay, I was able to stay in touch with the agency and their pick-up service, who ensured they would be waiting for us at the airport in Kota Kinabalu. I highly recommend Amazing Borneo Tours. Once again, shout out to Anthony for his individualized and very attentive service.

Book for my parents. Joey, sales person is very responsive. She will listen to my need and will try to arrange. She even took the initiative to meet my parents at the hotel. Speak Chinese very well. Tan, tour guide is very accommodating and caring. He took care of my parents very well during the trip, even some minor things is being look-at to make sure my parents is very comfortable during the trip.
