Thank you very much for this very high level of professionalism, everything worked out perfectly!  Alllow me also some final words about my guide Zeeron - a truly nice guy, open, friendly, reliable and forthcoming - all in all an amazing experience!

I'm so glad we came! And everything was superb! We all felt like the hotel, the food, the guide, all the way to the service provided was awesome ~ agreed by all my girlfriends!

All the participants have returned safety to their respective countries. They were happy with the arrangements and enjoyed the interaction and food. We had a fruitful board meeting and settled many important matters.

I booked a climbing package with your company together with a day of sightseeing at Kundasang on 3rd to 5th May 2019.

I hereby wish to express my satisfaction towards the service rendered by your Sales-person, Ms Carol Julius. She is very co-operative and very attentive to all my demands. Not forgetting also our mountain guide, Jahirin Ginsos and tour guide Joel Augustine. All three of them did a good job.

I had a good and memorable experience with Amazing Borneo. I will definitely recommend Amazing Borneo to my friends.

(1) To you for your prompt and accurate response to all my quiries.

(2) To our driver (Vincent) who picked us up from the airport and sent us to KK pine Resort- he was informative, accommodating and exuberated a warm and confident demeanour.

(3) To Bryann Hee - who contacted me before we arrived and also coordinated the pickup - he was fast and responsive.

(4) To the person who met us at KK Park HQ - (cannot recall his name) - he made all the arrangement looked so seamless-getting our pass etc.

(5) To our guide (Anwar) - he was not the most chatty guide but we could all notice he had everything under control. he was patient with Pawan who had an injury and was very slow in his descent-Pawan arrived only at 6pm.

(6) To the driver and all who made the transport from KK HQ to our hotel in KK, they were all very patient and accommodating. unfortunately Pawan was in abit of pain and had not enough cash on him. He had only tipped the guide slightly RM60. He wanted to tip him more but did not have any money with him as his bag was with the rest of us. We would like to know if there is anyway we can make up for that. we will be happy to do so.

Dear Mt. Kinabalu family,

Me and My wife would like to thank your professional team for full organise and help during this climb up and down. Our climb took last week 29-30.03 under supervisory by fantastic guide Ananias Makim.

There is two reasons to write and I ask you to forward this to Ananias.

First – I’d like to apologise in front of Ananias because our last 3 kilometres down was very painful for me and mood was not the best and therefore final words and impressions was not properly shared. I was simply angry to myself that is was so difficult to me.

Secondly – I’m very thankful for professional guide Ananias help and friendliness all the way up and down. Took care in every step our safety and support exactly as much as needed.

I also added one 1 best pictures taken of us, by Ananias, So we are very happy.

We wish You all the best and successful trips up and down in the future also :-)

Yes we are still in Borneo enjoying the east coast in Little Hong Kong Sandakan.

The service we received from the entire team at Amazing Borneo Tours was first class. From Judith while we were booking through to Roy and Calvin on the tours we took and the staff on the sunset cruise were amazing and well trained.

I would like to make special mention of Roy who was the standout amongst all. His personality is an asset to your company. Also his plant knowledge is exceptional. I am a horticulturist from Australia and was blown away by how much he knew, if your not careful I will give him a job back home.

Judith was also very responsive to all queries, bookings and last minute queries.

I must say that the tour was impeccable with its quality regarding comfortness, safety, and fun. Especially cleanness of the boat impressed me. When we arrived at Gaya island I saw our boat was most spacious one comparing to other boats around there. Equipment were in great condition either. During the snorkeling, I was particularly happy with prepared coffee and snacks because they were really something I'd like to have after floating on the sea for a while.

We left the Gaya island on 14:30 and when we came back to our apartment and sat on the sofa it was 15:00. Such kinds of remarkable and well organized tour process makes your tour special. You may also know better than me that not wasting time on the road is important to tourists whose especially came to KK for piece of rest. We would definetely choose your tour when we will come again and I've already recommended amazing borneo to my friends.
