Borneo Eagle Resort
Borneo Eagle Resort is a luxury vacation destination, which is blessed with clear azure waters and white sand beach, as well as magnificent coral reefs in the marine reserve. You will find natural volcanic mud pools within the rainforest all just waiting to be discovered. The resort beckons with creature comforts: fresh, delectable cuisine, beautifully appointed villas, some with pools and spa facilities for rejuvenation and relaxation.
The main building of the resort is an architectural feature representing the Eagle with its majestic wingspan. The Reception, The Main Restaurant and Bar are all to be found here. Our fully air-conditioned Wine Pavilion with the alfresco roof top is connected from the restaurant via a suspension bridge.
Activities are plentiful, but Borneo Eagle is also about recharging your batteries and doing nothing more than reading a book. Take advantage of the complimentary in-room massage. The resort’s check in-time is 1500 hours and check out time is 1100 hours. Early check-in and late check-out is subject to room availability, especially during Peak Season. If you wish to have a guaranteed check-in before 1500hrs, we recommended you to purchase the room a day in advance.
Borneo Eagle Resort features 13 well-appointed one-bedroom oceanfront villas, ranging from 172sq metres to 288sq metres. Each scheduled villa sits on spacious grounds and boasts exceptional views of South China Sea.
Pool Villa (6 Units) with 171sq metre villa offers panoramas of seaview from the edge of your private pool (45sq metre) and open deck balcony. A private seaside pavilion provides a perfect shot for a romantic dinner.
Coral Villa (4 Units) with 261sq metre villa is surrounded by an expansive, serene garden with a charming vine-covered wall and reflection pool.
Spa Villa (3 Units) with 288sq metre, this is the resort’s largest villa. It has glorious ocean views and easy access to the beach. The villa also comes with spa beds, a private plunge pool, private garden, and extended living and dining areas.

The food at Borneo Eagle Resort abides by a farm-to-table philosophy, in which the best of local produce takes pride of place. Organic fish and vegetables from the resort owner’s farms on the mainland of Sabah feature on the menu, as do other fresh seasonal produce. Our team of skilled local chefs turn these celebrated ingredients into mouth-watering dishes infused with Asian or Western flavours.
Being exclusive and small, the resort emphasize on creating menus for the individual rather than the masses.
