Please ensure you are holding air ticket to Kota Kinabalu.
Effective as of 1st September 2017, the Tourism and Culture Ministry of Malaysia will be implementing a Malaysian Tourism Tax (TTx). Foreign tourists will be required to pay a flat rate of RM10/room/night regardless of accommodation star level. The TTx is to be paid upon check-in. Malaysians or permanent residents residing in Malaysia are exempted from TTx and is required to present a valid identification upon check-in for the exemption.

IMPORTANT NOTES

A minimum number of participants is required for this activity. If the minimum is not met, guests will be informed the day before and can choose to either reschedule or receive a full refund.
Children 12 years old or younger must be accompanied by an adult.
All common areas (Dining Area and Clubhouse) have 24-hour electricity powered by solar energy. Electricity in the tents is available daily from 3:00 PM to 9:00 AM, provided by a generator.
A surcharge applies for additional guests, which includes full-board meals and an extra mattress.
For cancellations made 4 to 7 days before the activity, 50% of the tour fee will be forfeited, in line with supplier terms and conditions.
This package is based on join-in basis of shared guide and transport vehicle. Private Guide or Tour is available upon request at a reasonable fee. Please inform us when making the bookings.
