Day 1 Arrival / Miri City Tour Welcome to Miri! Your guide and captain will meet you at the airport and begin your tour. Visit iconic spots around the city of Miri. Your guide will show you some prominent city landmarks like Canada Hill, Grand Old Lady, Petroleum Museum and the old Chinese temple. Don’t forget to shop for souvenirs at the local herb shops, kek lapis Sarawak shop, Sarawak handicrafts shop and tamu before returning to your hotel to check-in. 4-Star Miri Hotel (Twin/Triple Sharing) Or Similar
Day 2 (Flight) Miri to Mulu / Arrival Mulu / Deer & Lang's Caves Upon having breakfast at the hotel, take the shuttle headed to the airport for a 30-minute flight to Mulu. Meet with your guide at Mulu Airport before heading to the Mulu National Park for check-in. Join a short safety briefing at the Mulu Exhibition Centre before trekking to the Lang's Cave, followed by Deer Cave. Take position at the Bat Exodus Platform to witness the bat colonies coming out of the cave entrance. Trek back to the park headquarters and spend the rest of the day leisurely. Day 3 Batu Bungan – Penan Settlement / Wind & Clearwater Caves After an early breakfast, proceed to the jetty for a longboat ride to Batu Bungan. Meet the nomadic tribe’s people of Penan. The Penans are known for their intricate and unique handicrafts, which are available for purchase at the handicraft centre. From there, continue your journey to Wind Cave and Clearwater Cave. Relax and unwind with a picnic lunch at the Clearwater Rest Hut before heading back to the park headquarters via a longboat. Enjoy the surrounding nature in leisure at the park headquarters.
