In the event of adverse weather conditions, hiking may be cancelled due to safety concerns. While this decision may cause disappointment, it is made with the well-being of our guests in mind. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the cancelled hike. However, snorkeling may be offered as a substitute to ensure that our guests still have a fulfilling experience.

Sabah Park now requires a ranger fee of RM50 per group of up to six people during guided hikes. Due to limited ranger availability, hiking sessions may be delayed by 1 to 2 hours while waiting for other groups to return to the base of the mountain.
